- Add salt, pepper and parsley to 2 eggs. (add pepper and salt to taste).
- Mix well
- Rinse frozen shrimp and remove moisture with a kitchen towel.
- Cover shrimp with flour.
- Then coat them evenly with egg mixture.
- Add cooking oil or butter to a pan.
- Fry coated shrimp until golden brown. ( fry both sides ).
- It’s done !
